I think that it is extremely important for every organization to deal with the formulation of an appropriate mission and/or vision statement. This is because of the aspect that if the mission or the vision statement of an organization is not appropriately amalgamated or juxtaposed with the mutual goals of the organization, then that organization can face a lot of difficulties in explaining the goals required to be aimed at by the employees of the organization
